Does anyone have a meal plan that they would be willing share? I need to have something structured to use! If it includes moderate to high protein, that is great! Any help would be appreciated!

I use a 40-30-30 ratio (carb/fat/protein). I can get pretty close to that each day, but it's definitely been trial and error. I consume the highest amount of carbs in the morning, usually oatmeal with egg whites mixed in or multigrain waffles with nut butter. I also try to eat a fruit or veggie with each large meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Lunch and dinner are usually a lean protein and a veggie; sometimes a starch if I have the carbs/calories left. My snacks are high in protein, I have 2-3 a day. In the morning I'll have a Greek yogurt or string cheese. On evening workout days, I'll have a Quest bar about 2 hours prior to my workout, or I'll have an apple with PB or grapes with string cheese. Things like that... Just eat what you like to start, then build your meal plan.0
