I personally love Tae-Bo! I did it for a year and went from a size 18 to a size 10 jeans and a medium shirt! I am currently doing it every other day along with other stuff. If you click on the "add exercise" under cardio and type in Tae Bo (with the space), it will come up. I hope this helps you and good luck and have fun with the Tae-Bo!!0
