Hi
I can put my stats on here later (I'm at work at the moment and would have to convert from metric)
I think I'm around 5,2- definitely a shorty! And it's definitely harder when you're small and portion sizes are aimed at people of average height.
I'd love some friends on here of a similar height, so feel free to add me
I'm 25, and have around 10-20 pounds to lose. 8 kgs, anyway.0 -
I just got back on this site after many months. I started at 220, and have been hovering at 180 for a year. I need to break through this plateau.0

GW ??? was 160 lbs but I think I can do better. I have had severe weight issues since I was 12,am now 45.Thats a loooooong time to be so heavy, but i am fighting my way to healthy. I am also diabetic and have had to cut my insulin use in half ( and on a different type). I also had to change my blood pressure meds and colesterol meds too. Diet and exercise are changing my life.0 -

Here I am yesterday weighing in at a healthy weight of 139:

I'm 5'2 - 25 years old.
SW: 340
CW:302
GW: 175
The lowest I have ever been was 169 and I was a size 10 with DD boobs haha. I feel like that was a great place for me. I'm sure it would be awesome to be in a single digit size but I think maybe thats just too much. Or maybe I'll change my tune once I get there.0 -
Hey girls!
I am also 5'2... 118 currently (I'm sorta struggling ... I've been eating too many sweets at work to get any more weight off). I don't really have a "GOAL" weight....
I just want to look good and feel good.
I'm staring to like the way I look again, and I fit into most of my old clothes.
I started at 151..... the largest I had ever been..... I was in denial, until I saw a picture of myself wearing what I thought were my most flattering jeans (Eeeeekkkkk). Something had to change!!!
Everyone on here is SO inspiring!! I love seeing pictures. If you want to check out my pictures just click on my profile!0 -
Hi, I'm 5'2" also. Don't really know how to post a pic but you can check my profile pictures. I weigh 108.0

I'm just under 5'3" and my highest weight was 165 lbs and now I'm about 125 lbs (fluctuate by a couple of pounds). My arms and legs are pretty toned but most of my fat hangs in the belly. Some people think I'm too thin but I still have some chub, but I feel a lot better than I did 40 pounds ago :-)0

I am 5'2- 5'3". My highest weight was around 130 I think? ( I vaguely remember) My current weight is around 119 where my normal weight used to be around 105. My current goal is set at 107.0

I'm 5'2 and 195lbs. My starting weight a couple of years ago was I think 224, I got down to 181 and then gained back about 20lbs due to injuries and stress, which I am thankfully back on top of losing again! My goal is around 135 and I may reevaluate up or down at that time. About 6yrs ago I got down to 150lbs and at that weight I was a sz 7/8 and pretty healthy; at the time I felt like I could stand to lose another 5-10lbs. In my teens and early 20's I was extremely thin and I don't think I was very healthy (wasn't trying to be thin, just was). In my teens my weight ranged from about 107-117 and I looked emaciated (there is a pic of me on my 19th birthday taken from behind and I was wearing a top with a really low cut back-my back looks like stegasaurus from my spine sticking out :S). Even at 125lbs you could see pretty much every bone so I feel like that was just too light for me. I am pretty active and always have been, for me the eating is the most important thing-I have to try hard to eat breakfast every day, eat enough protein, and eat regularly.0
