pelvic organ issues

Looking for a way to get six oack abs without doing typical ab exercises. I have pelivic organ issues that prevent me from doing exercises that put down ward pressure on the pelvic organs. I've been doing isometric exercises with my core muscles but I don't think this is going to cut it. Does anyone have any experience with this?

    My guess is that planks and its variations would be more suitable than crunches and that type.
