and I'm not disagreeing with the waist to hip factor, .71 there, so I'm pleased. I just find these things interesting and wonder why there are so many other studies showing a much stronger correlation with attractiveness in leg length. I suppose it's the media....

Since it's all about looks, maybe it's something as simple as leg length making a waist/hip ratio look closer to .7. Or the opposite, maybe it's all about leg length and the .7 waist/hip ratio tends to make legs look longer to males. Just a thought...

.7, guess I fall in with everyone else. My ratio when I was 25 pounds heavier though were .65. Either way my hubby loved my curves, but I'm much happier with my shape now.

I'm at .73 -- wish I were more firm though.
  • I wish it would be curves, I just have a freakishly small waist and the rest is normal I guess. But you are right anyway, we should all embrace ourselves

ETA: I was glad to see the instruction to measure waist at or just above the belly button. I see women on MFP often say they measrue at the narrowest part, which is oftne higher than where you should measure for heatlh evaluations.
