Low cal deeeelish must try alfredo sauce

Main ingredient - Silken tofu.
Even Tofu haters must try this. You absolutely must, must must. Just once.

ok, so you need,
one 12 oz pack of silken Tofu,
Garlic - 4 pods,
1 dried red chilli or paprika,
2 tsp olive oil or butter,
salt - 1/2 tsp minus a pinch
1/4 cup warm milk - which ever kind you have.
Parmesan - 2 tbs

Heat 1 tsp oil or butter, saute roughly chopped garlic and red chilli. Remove to a food processor.
Add everything else. Blend.

I add warm milk, because the sauce itself is room temp. I add extra garlic .
Makes about 2 servings each at less than 160 cal. It is so creamy , no one will believe it is diet food. Left overs make good dips.

Pour on any kind of pasta .
