Mmmmmm Best snack ever
I had a roasted poblano chile, wrapped a light string cheese in it, sprinkled a little salt on it and nuked it for 10 seconds. For those of who like a little something spicy, it was sooooo good! Tasted a lot like a chile relleno without all the fat. I'm from New Mexico so this is the time of year for chiles for us:)

Mmmmm..... that sounds so good. I think I need to try it.... off to get some poblanos!!!

I threw the poblanos in a hot skillet, blistered them and then peeled off the skin when cool. then they're ready to go.Enjoy!0
