I went to All Bar One today but no idea of calories!

I had the Chilli & CuMin rOasted butternut sQuash linguine pasta, I have no idea about the calorie count but seemed healthy enough.Anyone any clues?

    Well, let's try and break it down...

    1C of roasted squash is: 123cal, 16carb, 7fat.

    2oz. of linguine is: 200cal, 42carb, 1fat. I don't know what "All Bar One" is, but I'm going to assume they didn't just serve 2oz of pasta - it was probably closer to 8oz.

    You don't mention the sauce, so I'll guess it was butter/olive oil based...120cal, 0carb, 14fat per Tablespoon.


    Bottom line ... Depending on the portion and how much of it you ate, this could be way higher in calories than you thought.

    I agree...it may not be the worst food for you BUT as far as cals go..pasta will get you every single time unfortunately! :(
