I don't know if I'll be able to hit it, but losing 14 lb would be nice. That would put me at 140, which is my previous lowest weight ever before I got fat again.0

Crap! Christmas is that close?!?
My goal is to maintain, not gain, through the holidays. I will do this by logging my food, and exercising at least 4 days a week. I will enjoy holiday treats, in moderation. On the actual holiday, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I will allow cheat days, but try to stay reasonable. I will get back on track the day after and work my goals again.0 -

Peace on earth and goodwill to all...
Oh you meant weight goals. Realistically, with Thanksgiving holiday factored in I would say perhaps another 5-10 lbs. I'm down 31 from April at the present time. My goal is to stay with my lifestyle until Thanksgiving and then get back on track until Christmas.0 -

I am currently at 219 and my goal is/was to get to 200 or 199 lb by March 25, 2014.
I don't want to push myself too hard trying to lose 20 lb by Christmas, even though it would be in line with my previous 3-month loss. While I'm not gonna go wild, I do intend to enjoy the holidays including fudge ;-)
I'm thinking under 210 by Christmas is a good goal, and then maybe 190-something by March 25.
(Significance of 3/25 is 1 year on MFP)0 -
