Sometimes I bicycle pulling a 25 lb. trailer with a 30 lb. kid in it! Surely the bicycling burns more calories than when I bike without. How do I figure out what my caloric burn is with kid in trailer?
Thanks so much! Have a great weekend!

Wear a heart rate monitor.0

Thanks - will try that! I used my husband's Garmin today for accurate distance/ time, but it doesn't record calories.0

You could try to plug it into an online calculator and when it asks for your weight, add the stroller and child's weight to yours. Wont be 100% accurate, but better than nothing?
ETA - dont do that. That would be stupid now that I think about it. Surely there is a site somewhere that can calculate it for you.0 -
Consider it a bonus that you burned a few extra calories. Once the whole thing gets rolling it isn't that much extra work unless there are a lot of hills.0
