    My chickens work hard to lay those eggs for me! Surely they would be upset if I threw the prettiest part away, so I eat the whole egg.

    I eat the yolks because nutrients, and because fat is not the enemy! Eggs are one of nature's most perfect foods... and why would I throw out the best-tasting part of the egg?? I love yolk so much that I take my breakfast eggs soft-boiled in order to preserve the delicious raw yolk flavor.

    The anti-yolk crazy was started by the same people who brought you the anti-cholesterol crazy.... both of which have marginal evidence at best for the efficacy.
