Working out-A Seeing pounds come off inspires me to hit the gym!!!
Healthy Eating-B Would love to eat less processed foods but time sometimes prevents that
STaying within calories- A I'm soooo strict on myself about it. I plan everything out to stay within...most times I stay w/in calories even on my cheat day. I'm downright anal about logging my food--which I feel is a big key to success!!
Movivation- A I am physically feeling better than I have in a long time which motivates me to working out which motivates me to healthy eating because I worked so hard at the gym which leads to keeping my calories in check because I'm eating healthy which keeps the motivation up!!!! It's a great cycle!!0 -

Working out = C (only going twice a week right now)
Healthy eating = C (holiday season brings lots of chocolate to the work place)
Staying within calories = A (strange i know, but i never go over my 1800 calories, small meals and being so very very very poor just now :laugh: )

It is so easy for me to lose track of time and then use the excuse that it's too late to work out!0 -
I love reading these! It was fairly easy to type in what I thought on how I was doing...but it really made me think of where I need to make my changes. I love that everyone is sharing. Thanks MFP'ers!0

What I love is that if I do go out and "over" eat, I'm normally back on track the next day (or sometimes immediately). I'm no longer using a bad day as an excuse to give up.
I've learnt that I can't be a perfect eater all the time and that I shouldn't punish myself for eating things I normally wouldn't. Life happens (especially during bbq season) and I need to learn to enjoy it while I still have it.
