weight of chia seeds (please help me if you have a scale)

ive compared chia seeds calorie/nutrition from my chia seeds, from Livestrong and various other websites....

they are all so different. My pack says 1 TBSP = 20g = 59 cals. can someone out there with a scale please tell me how many grams in 1 tablespoon? is 1 tablespoon really 20grams????


i live on an island with no scale :(

    I am curious to know if the Chia seeds really work? I normally don't have issues with over eating so I'm not sure if they would really do me any good. Also, how does it effect your digestion and after?
