I've been on this journey for just over 6 months now and as of today I've officially past my Half-Way-Mark of more than 25kg (> 56lbs) lost <Happy Dance> ...

Sooo, today I donned my "Fat Jeans" for the first time in months - they were getting too tight when I started this journey!!!

    Yes, it's hard work and takes commitment but with MFP I find it easier than I thought it would be. My average loss is starting to slow down somewhat now (as expected) but No, I will not stop this time around!!!
