Beginning calorie restriction ... mutual support?

I've decided that the calorie restriction diet suits my lifestyle and willpower.
It would be much easier if I had someone to join me.

Here's my program ...

Tuesday - Saturday: Normal, sensible diet. Enjoy an occasional ice cream, etc.
Sunday - Monday: Restricted to 600 calories each day

I'm committing to this until the end of the year to see whether or not I'll make progress toward my 5kg loss goal.

Anyone like to join me?

  • Hey, I am doing intermittent fasting with occasional calorie restriction. Basically, I eat much less on the days I rest. During the days I train, I eat less than if I were not training, but a little bit more so that I can sustain energy during a workout.

    Restricting 2 days together isn't a great idea. Spread your fake fast days out. Also you need to keep track of your normal sensible days because over eating those days won't be negated by a couple of low calorie days.
