Mine is 75 beats per minute. I am 56 years old.
This from the Mayo Clinic
Although there's a wide range of normal, an unusually high or low heart rate may indicate an underlying problem. Consult your doctor if your resting heart rate is consistently above 100 beats a minute (tachycardia) or below 60 beats a minute (bradycardia) — especially if you have other signs or symptoms, such as fainting, dizziness or shortness of breath.0 -
Low 50's. I'm 37.0

Mine used to be around 90 something.
But when I gave blood it was down to 60 something.0 -

Regardless of anyone else's RHR, yours is well within normal range. Mine is 36bpm resting.0 -
Low 50s. I'm in my late 40's. I believe it's a result of lifting heavy for years. Your heart rate spikes high, repeatedly during a training session for a minute and drops low again.0

Read some respectable medical journals or peer-reviewed studies and they'll say anything under 80 is fine. Over that is associated with an increased risk of diabetes, stroke and hypertension. You're totally fine in the 50s.
Resting HR can vary as much as 20 points depending on hydration, caffeine, overtraining and of course stays elevated for a while post-workout.
FWIW, I'm 33 and mine is in the low 40s when truly resting, but I typically run almost 40 miles a week.0 -

Mine used to be in the mid 60s before I got serious about cardio exercise. Now it's between 46 and 56 and I attribute that to better cardiovascular health from cycling, elliptical etc.0

Thanks to the beta blocker I have to take due to an abnormally high heart rate(which caused me to have an enlarged heart) at rest I am now around 60-70. Before I started taking my medicine at rest my heart rate was 120 per minute0

Mine's 50-ish upon first naturally waking (no alarm) which is "true" RHR.
I'm 44 (well I will be in an hour 'cuz tomorrow's my b-day) and I run and lift heavy.0 -
As low as 44 in bed. I slept with my Polar FT7 on to test. And I'm at 6,300 elevation.0
