Looking for diary sharing friends

I need inspiration and motivation and it really helps to see what others do that works for them. I don't judge and I don't want someone who will judge me. I just want mutual food support and encouragement :smile:

  • hi everybody, im from colorado im 190 pounds i tried 3 diet and i lost only 10 pounds in 6 mounth ! that's make me crazy that's why i trying to add cardio exercises and i need help to find a good exercise to lose eight fast :)

    I log daily and work out 6 days a week. My diary is open to my friends. I am not a perfect 'clean' eater, but I think I do pretty good! :happy:

    I was just thinking while I was looking at my home page that I didn't understand why some people don't open up thier diary...mine is open and I log everyday...whether I am cheating that day or not!! Feel free to add me!

    Same goes for me...I normally eat 50/50 and stay within my cals/macros for the most part..but don't like judging either. Showing concern is okay, but anything more then that..no. :)

    I love looking at other daily food diary for motivation and inspriration! Open for as much support as I can take. I am so close. I have lost about 70lbs in the past and gave up and gained back 30. I have about 22 more to go til I am healthy!!! :D I can't wait

    Yeah, my newsfeed is pretty pathetic. I had some "friends", but it seems I'm the only one logging now. I'm a 50's ish guy looking to lose the same 20 lbs for the past 10 years - I've finally had enough.

    Please see my previous post in a different forum below :)

    Has anyone got any decent diet plans around the 1500 calorie mark?

    I’m currently eating what appears to be next to nothing and while I don’t find myself particularly hungry (although cutting out the regular beer intake has been tough!) I am also now starting to incorporate moderate weights and cardio and finding diets with enough protein is difficult....

    For clarity, I am not overweight but a love of all things alcoholic has reduced my pre 20s athletic abs to little/no definition and a small pocket of paid for residual alcohol around my stomach.

    Advice other than diets also welcome.
