    Wow ... your story is an inspiration. I am just new at this .. but I am motivated to do it. Whatever it takes I figure. I too am willing to give up the things that got me to this point. No junk food and no pop. Your story gives me hope that I can do it too. Thanks for your post.

    I am at 36% body fat .. and want to get that down to a respectable number.

I've already made up my mind that I am going to win this battle this time but I've never really thought about it as only giving up a year compared to the years that I've been unhappy.     lol, funny thing about that dress, i just happen to find it on the clearance rack the other day, thought, there is no way it will fit, then i tried it on... i had to buy it, the price was a steal... lol, now i have no where to wear it to... hehehe
