I apologize for the quality of the last photo. It was raining, our camera doesn't handle that well, and I was actually sprinting, so tough shot to capture. Hoping the other photog has something that'll work better.0

Not really. I just try to run five or six days a week. Two or three days of intervals, a couple of four or five miles and one or two distance runs on the weekend.0 -
