Went to the fair last night, had/shared:

Polish sausage on a stick
Fried Pickles
Chocolate covered bacon
Bacon jam on toast
Beer battered bacon w/ fries
Funnel cake
a different variety of chocolate covered bacon
and a deep fried Oreo

I expect to be out of the angioplasty by 3:00pm.

    That's a good question. To my surprise I was only up about .4 lbs but my body fat dropped by .5%. At 1940 cal a day I'm sort of in a holding pattern weight wise but my body fat continues to drop. By lifting heavy I'm gaining muscle and dropping fat. Once I get down a few more bf% I'll cut calls again and drop down to my goal weight.

    I'm planning on about 200-210 and 15% bf.
