hello athletic ladies and everyone
I need to know what are the effects you have noticed on your breast from chest exercises?
more lifted? bigger? smaller? the same?
and for how long you've been exercising them?
and what are the exercises?
thanXx

Chest exercises will make breast smaller.0 -
I do bench press and push ups. Have been for 2 years eating at maintenance or a small surplus. My chest muscles have gotten bigger making my breasts appear larger and firmer. I also have pec-cleavage.0

Guessing that no less than 99.4% of the men who read the title will come on in to see what's going on........0

that makes me hopeful. i love my breasts and 4 pregnancies made them go from a c to a dd. after losing 25 lbs they are back to a d. they look nice in a bra and look good with my new size but they are saggy. i was hoping that working my pecs would help with that.0

I've noticed that they're firmer and lifted, and yes to the pec-cleavage, lol. But the fat loss from diet and exercise is what has made them somewhat smaller for me. They are smaller, but still lifted. So yay? lol0

Yeah, boob loss comes from fat loss through calorie deficit not from strength training.0

cool
for those who haven't noticed yet, I AM ASKING
i didn't say exercise makes breast smaller or bigger
so no need for an idiot to answer like a genius0 -
With my weight loss my boobs have gotten Alot smaller. From a 40 D to like a 34 c i think. I have noticed they do seem a bit perkier since the chest exercises. I have pretty decent lady pecs now. Very noticable.
I do push ups , bench presses , flys ( depending how you do them you will work different parts of your chest).0 -
someone just recently mentioned to me that wearing a super firm sports bra with underwire and doing chest exercising can cause chest bruising?
has this happened to anyone? I am going to start using weights when I am in my 3rd week of Z25k starting week 2 in 2 days.0 -

If someone is getting bruised from their bra I'd wager they're not wearing the correct size.0 -
Lost some boobage due to weightloss, but doing chest workouts have made them perkier0

Mine have always been pretty small but chest exercises have made the top half of them look fuller, more cleavagey0
-
Already quite small to begin with but lost a few cm's from weight loss, but started weight training 4 weeks ago and the cms are back up and my chest is looking perkier! Im developing this awesome cleavage too! Must be the weights. They've never looked this good before!0

Also I make them dance now, which is probably an important sidenote.0

False.
Since your boobs are mostly fat tissue, fat loss is what makes them smaller.0 -
