Thought it might be cool to see everyone's goal for the week and declare mine...
~My goal for the week is to eat only when I am hungry! Not when I am bored or when I want a new flavor or for any other reason than HUNGER.~

That's a very wise goal! My goal is to go to the gym at least three times this week. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but, for me, that would be a great achievement :P0

My goal for the week is to walk on the treadmill or with my 3 year old daughter everyday for at least 30 minutes or more. I already do this but I have skipped days and on those days I take it a little easier and just play my Wii. I need it to be a habit of walking for at least 30 minutes a day or more everyday.0

To consistently eat clean the entire week!0

My goal is two-fold:
1) Not to let my scale this morning undo what I've accomplished so far (I always weigh in on Tuesdays, but I knew Sunday was a bad day & I just needed to know, but how do 450 extra calories on 1 day when you were under 350 calories the day before equate to 1.8 lbs????)
2) Increase my running minutes from 3 per 30 min workout to 4 per 30 min workout. I hate to run (but I know adding some sprints within my workout is good for me) so this is big for me.

To do 30 min on the elliptical at least 4 times this week. I really slacked last week!0

My goal for the week is to workout 6 days this week alternating exercises to keep my body guessing what's next. I want to get below 190's, only 5 pounds more to go!0

My goal is to walk all M-F with no excuses.0

To eat more food, i find it a struggle to eat over 1000 calories. Im adding in lots of healthy snacks and a bigger breakfast0

My goal this week is to get up in the mornings and go to the gym with my 8 yo son at least 3 days this week. And to make sure i get my 60 mins a day of cardio 5 days total this week.0

My goals for this week are:
1. give it my all during cardio on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
2. Give it my all during strength training on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
3. Eat under 2500 milligrams of sodium a day.
4. Bust through this freakin' plateau!0 -
My goals for this week:
go for a walk on Thursday when I'll be away from my exercise machine
eat healthy with the "chef" being out of town
not become obsessed with the scale (bad habit for me)0
