                    Hello Everyone
So after another holiday where I covered up and avoided pictures I decided it was time to make a difference. Tomorrow I start couch to 5K - and I have bought some other aerobic equipment too. I am looking to meet others for chats and tips of how to lose these pounds. I also require support and offer as much as I can in return!
I need to do this - for my own sanity!!!

            You can do it!
 Make sure you weigh your food and log your calories and stick to your calorie goals.
 Exercising is very important for fitness, but weight loss won't come without eating the appropriate amount of calories for your body.
