How to log Jillian Michaels - Ripped in 30

Hi Everyone, I am currently doing the Ripped in 30 program from Jillian Michaels but I can't figure out how to log calories burned. Does it go under cardio or strength? It's a 3 - 2 - 1 system of cardio, strength and abs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to ensure I'm logging it correctly.

    I used to log it under Cardio, as circuit training.

    The most accurate is to wear a heart rate monitor if you have one and see how many caloreis you burn and then make it a custom excersize and log it that way after that. Or as angelmoore said, circuit traning, cause that's what it is.

    I just estimated my cals at 200...I'm on level 2 and doing most of the advanced moves.
