    Your story is so inspiring! What I love is the part when you say that "I am not a goal yet but I am in no hurry". That is the key...right there! You have done amazing in a short amount of time but sounds like you are in it for the long haul...for a lifetime...and that is the secret to success!

    The fact that you didn't say "I can't" when your knees hurt, you took spin class and then bought a bike instead of quitting is amazing. Most would give up.
    But to have lost such an amazing amount of weight in such a short time is just shy of being Herculean.
