Very happy to be back! I'll try not to answer to everybody, I'll leave this to you, otherwise this thread will have about 10 parts by the end of this month! :laugh: :laugh:
Don't let that stop you! I don't care how many parts we get up to! :laugh: I want everyone to have some fun while they're ticking off the miles/KMs!
Oh, and I got a 2.0 mile walk in over lunch today!

ok i want to try for 20 miles. my left foot isnt healed all the way yet and im def not gonna push it yet! i want to do the elliptical, biking and walking. which is all i can do so far!0

Since I'm relatively new to MFP lets go. Goal 60 miles (min. 3 miles. per day x 5 wk.) trail hiking or treadmill schedule permitting. I can't run just yet due to surgeries on knee. I also do 30-60 minutes elliptical a day, but haven't calculated the conversion of strides to feet/miles yet, so for now just walking will be added.
As for yesterday and today 2 and 3.5 miles for a total of 5.5 miles as of Oct. 2.
