    ok i want to try for 20 miles. my left foot isnt healed all the way yet and im def not gonna push it yet! i want to do the elliptical, biking and walking. which is all i can do so far! :)

    Since I'm relatively new to MFP lets go. Goal 60 miles (min. 3 miles. per day x 5 wk.) trail hiking or treadmill schedule permitting. I can't run just yet due to surgeries on knee. I also do 30-60 minutes elliptical a day, but haven't calculated the conversion of strides to feet/miles yet, so for now just walking will be added.

    As for yesterday and today 2 and 3.5 miles for a total of 5.5 miles as of Oct. 2.
