Lose 2 lbs/mo to lose 8 lbs by New Year's - Week 4: Sept 30 - Oct 6

    I am doing much better hovering around 1400 calories. May change my goal to .5lb per week instead of 1lb. so I can around that number.

    @Rhon - Great Job. I have you in the spreadsheet. and Thanks so much for being in the other challenge.
    It is so good to hear that you are having luck upping the calories.

    in 2012 and 2011 I lost 30 lbs by eating only 1200-1400 per day (I am 5'7" and started at 200 lbs) I lost it all, but got "skinny fat" and gained it all back. now i am "eating more" and getting fit... it feels a lot better.

    Well, ignore what I said last week - I'm an idiot, I have been averaging around 1700 a day. So I have now dropped to 1600 and will stick with that for 4 weeks. :bigsmile:

    I've just decided to do something similar to this. I only weigh in on the 1st of every month and eat at or under 2000cal/day. I'll still get in my activity but will just go by how I'm FEELING and how my clothes are fitting vs trying to go by just the number on the scale. :bigsmile: Feel free to add me, too!!!
