Grams and ounces???

Does anyone know how much 3 ounces/6 ounces of chicken is and like 25 grams of oatmeal????

    Just looked it up myself and 3 oz is about 85gms.

    Also I think 25gms oats is about 1/4 cup.

    You should go buy yourself a food scale....I got mine for cheap and it measures in grams and ounces....it takes the guess work out and makes it easier to calculate meals

    I just purchased my first digital kitchen scale from Amazon this weekend, I didn't get it yet, but it does ounces and grams. I got the one that was rated the "highest" by customers reviews. You can sort by BEST SELLERS and that's the one I got. It was $25.
