32 Vegetarian Guy

I am 32, 6'3, and 220 lbs. I would like to be 225-230 with a 10% body fat or less. I am probably around 15-18% body fat right now so I need to lose some fat without burning muscle which seems hard to me. I am also a lacto-vegetarian, and have been for over 15 years. I think this site will be great with helping me monitor my intake on a daily basis. I have always been very skinny for most of my life like 170 lbs at 18 years old, and I am still trying to bulk up. I would appreciate any advice, and making friends, thanks.
