sweet potato calories

ok, so they are all different sizes. Can't seem to find what I want on the internet. How do you count the calories in a sweet potato.

    I suggest investing about $25 for a digital food scale. Logging my food for the day is so much easier when I can weigh it out and plug in the correct weights.

    I weigh it. I can't imagine having anything close to accuracy without weighing.

    It's approximately 22 calories per ounce if boiled or steamed (I nuke mine). This is from various websites, yet other sites say it's more. I can't figure out if this is with skin or eating the flesh and tossing the skin. I have going with the 22 calories per ounce, I can't imagine that I'm that far off either way.
