    Thank you for your kind comments. Success would be staying In shape and keeping the weight off but the good results so far I put down to MyFitnessPal and some exceptional fitness buddies providing plenty of encouragement and inspiration.
    I started by mainly dieting and gradually over six months changed my food choices for the better, I then introduced more and more exercise over the next half year.

    I am just an ordinary man. I posted this topic to inspire other ordinary people, just like me. :-)
