Need To Get RE Motivated!!

Hi there, I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day!!

My name is Allison, and I started my weight loss journey in January of this year. To date, I have lost a little over 50 pounds, which is halfway to my goal. I am super happy about that, however things have definitely stagnated over the last few months. There have been trips, and weddings, and showers, and work STRESS.....you know, LIFE! Long story short, I have not been as dedicated as I would like to be.

SO, I am looking for some new and motivating friends to help me stay accountable and push through to reach my goal. I would love to do the same for you!!

    Sometimes we just need a kick-start to get remotivated. Changing things up a little usualy helps. Feel free to add me for support:smile:

    I am in the same boat, I haven't lost as much as you and started in May but the past few weeks I have been doing really bad with my water and logging!! So lets get on it and do it together!!!!

    I got to my goal and then life just happened and I want to get back to it, plus a few more. You know you can do it, so maybe set some new goals, think up a new plan as far as eating habits and exercise and just put your mind to it. It's so easy to say you'll start tomorrow or Monday, etc. Decide right now that you're going to make healthier choices for the rest of the day and just take it one day at a time. Keep in mind how far you've made it already and how great you'll feel when you reach your end goal. You can do this!
