Are the Insanity cardio exercises already available somewhere to choose when doing the daily myfitnesspal exercise diary etc?

To clarify, what is the best way to record the Cardio of Insanity in the Exercise tracker here?0

Probably not. I am doing P90X and I had to add my own. I wear a heart rate monitor that tells me my heart rate and also how many calories I burn. You can either add "Insanity" for your exercise or you can get specific and use "Insanity - Cardio". Then you just have to enter your duration and calories.0

Workout DVDs are not included in the MFP database. When I do P90X and Insanity, I used a HRM and created my own exercise and gave it the same name as the workout DVD. Then I just logged the time per the video and the cals per my HRM and I was good to go. If you don't have a HRM, then I would say high-impact cardio for Insanity or circuit training for P90X weights.0
