    I haven't raced up the stairs yet but I am now taking the stairs instead of the elevator at work and I am making sure I get at the minimum 4 days of exercise. I've decided exercise sometimes for me walking, riding my bike or putting in a exercise video. I have to mix it up to keep it interesting. Just some type of movement on a regular basis will always work. Keep up your positive attitude and actions.
