    every time research comes out on sugar on this board my buddy says the anxiety levels go up, like they know they are pre diabetic yet cannot make the necessary changes so they attack the poster. just a guess on his part.

    pretty sure that's never been listed on any death certificate as the official cause of death though.

    I think refined sugar can be incredibly bad in huge quantities that people eat it in. Its hidden in a lot of items.

    I don't eat it so I don't worry about it.
