Has anyone tried the body wrap or that foot detox thing? What is up with these?

    I've had a body wrap done a couple times. It does get rid of any extra water weight that you are holding onto and tightens the skin. And it lasts for probably about a week. The results are better when you get 2-3 done within the same week. But yes...inches come off, and yes...they come back on. It's like a quick fix to lose a few inches before a wedding or some event. Nothing permanent though.
