Well, Canadian Thanksgiving is right around the corner and I've signed myself up to do a dessert. I was going to make my favourite pumpkin cheesecake, but I'd like to make something I can actually eat! Any ideas?

Honestly, anything pumpkin sounds like Thanksgiving to me. I love pumpkin pie and can't have Thanksgiving without it. Last year, we had Chinese food. And pumpkin pie. To me, it's the ultimate. This year, I'm watching my calories too, and I've decided to make mini pumpkin pies using fillo dough as the crust, and putting them in a muffin pan. That way I still get my pumpkin pie, but I'm watching my portions. This is a good recipe for times:

But this is the best filling (the title is no joke!):

Edit: I forgot! You can sub the sweetened condensed milk by just adding one container of vanilla yogurt. It's sweetened already. If you want it extra rich, add a few tablespoons of butter.0 -
