Nrolfw question

Hi, I just started nrolfw this morning and was wondering how long each workout should take? I ran on the treadmill and did the suggested warmup stretches and then lifted. It just seemed like I got done really quickly and I took my time making sure I got all the moves down with my trainer.

I ran into the exact same problem. I am starting week 2 today. I thought maybe I was rushing my 60 second rest but Friday I made sure I counted and I was still done in 35 minutes...0

First 2 months are like that...in and out of the gym. Enjoy it, come month 3-6 it steadily increases. By the fourth month you will be in there about 2 hours or so.0

Stage 1, which I'm about halfway through, takes me about 30 minutes, assuming that the equipment that I need is free when I need it.0
