What determines if you accept or decline a FR????

    I don't usually send FR, and I'm usually surprised when I receive one. When I first started I accepted anyone because I figured they had a reason for sending the request. I finally added a couple things to my profile though. You don't have to send a message, although it is appreciated, but I won't accept anyone under 18, eating less than 1200 calories without a medical reason like gastric bypass or a doctor supervised plan, or if you are suffering from an ED and aren't attempting to recover. I will occasionally go through and delete people who are inactive.

    Eating Disorder, it hurts too much to watch people hurting themselves over and over again and not be able to help.

    If there is no profile pic or if it just comes randomly I probably won't accept. A little message always helps :)

    Blank FR and a blocked or not filled out profile is an almost certain decline.

    Blank request ... forum trolls .. the obvious pervs , people displaying their assets in their profile pic , those with extreme narcisitic personalities who are desperate for attention

    I tend to use the forums for info , bit of chit chat and I use Facebook for those friends I don't meet in person anymore

    people needing somebody to lean on for support are fine by me and messages with friend requests make it seem that they haven't just scanned your profile and tried to add everybody

    I generally accept all FRs, but I do prefer people who are motivated to get/stay fit. I'm here to achieve a goal, and I want to help others achieve theirs.
