May as well join this. So far this month I've managed 9.1 miles (14.8 km).
Got 13 more runs this month (do them four times a week). So to hit 50 miles I'd have to do...3.1 miles (4.9 km) a run. I tend to do 1.8-2.4 miles (3-4km) per session, but that's cause I tend to be restricted to half an hour at a time and at my current speed that's what I can do (getting faster though!). Theoretically 3.1 miles should take me 35 minutes, so maybe if I push my runs to 40 min I'l manage that (means getting to the gym more than half an hour before it shuts though...).0 -
2.7 miles on the elliptical (I know it's not running, but it still counts!) today! I feel good.0
