Do you think its possible given all the skin i have up front? i see so many of yalls stories and it warms my heart. I hope i can be a success story as well. Any advice? Do you think itll be possible for me to have a flat tummy or a 6 pk? I am dedicated. i dont know how to post pics here but they are on my profile. Thank you!!!

From your pictures on your profile there doesnt seem to be a vast amount of skin. As long as your skin isn't stretched beyond repair I don't see why you couldn't get a flat stomach with diet exercise and hard work. Having hydrated skin is vital so drink lots of water0

Of course you can have a flatter tummy. It's mostly a matter of losing body fat. The best way to do that is to eat at a deficit, do some regular cardio, and do strength training.0

Hey guys! I guess this is the introduce section! Im Shannon. Im originally came on here to track my calories but now Im here more for friends for support and just to be around like-minded people. In the past 4 years Ive lost over 105 pounds by diet and excersize alone. No diet pills, no starving. Im posting because I just want to reach out and extend a hand to any one wanting support/guidance/motivation/friendship or more information on meal prepping help, time management, new workouts, best supplements, etc..... I remember what it was like to lose weight alone, with no support from people who REALLY knew what it was like to deal with poor body image, losing weight, and eating healthy. So, Im here if ya need me! Im a facebook book like every day but on here a lot too so lets be friends!?

First thing first, there's nothing you can't do, everything and anything is possible as long as you want it 8-)... I'm 5'0" and I was weighing 131.5lbs a month ago and so far I have lost 6lbs and an inch of my chest, waist, and hips - yay me :-)... I also had two c-sections 21 and 22-years ago, I'm 42-years-old and nothing stands in my way :-)... I workout 7 days a week and I ride between 8 to 10 miles daily, plus lots of abs , Jillian Michaels - Shredded With Weights, jog/walk, and I eat as clean/healthy as possible along with lots of water... Now keep in mind that the way I'm reaching my goal may not apply to everyone, but you find what works for you and give it your all... I hope my words help you a bit and please feel free to add me 8-)... Take care of yourself and take a step at a time to reach your goal ;-)...
p.s. I'm new as well and trying to learn how to upload photos too ;-0... Also remember to drink lots of H2o, hydration is very important!!!0 -
