    I was a 22/24
i am a 10/12 now depending on the clothing item. If you need anything or just want someone to talk to let me know. I know I am dealing with feeling guilty and a bit like a traitor for losing weight

Was a 20/22 on bottom and 18 on top, now comfortable 20 on bottom and nearly 16 on top. But even when I lost 40lbs (of which i put 20 back on >:| ) I didn't see much change in my clothes size, only in my weight on the scale and appearance in the mirror. It was very weird! I could see me getting smaller but the clothes size stayed the same :') Good luck! you can definitely do it :) x

I started at a tight 18, down to a 0/00. Yes it can be done and NO, a zero is not too small for a small frame 5'4" female!

You're definitely not alone. I started at a tight 24W. It was so frustrating I was trying to buy a pair of capris and tried on a 24W and they wouldn't even zip. I've been on MFP about 30 days now. Clothes are a little looser but I'm still a 24W.

I was a 24+ in April (if the 24 didn't fit I didn't buy them, but I was probably a 26!) I've lost 51# in 6 months and now I am a size 20!! I plan to be a size 18 by Christmas time - I might buy myself a few new things so I look nice for the holidays. I have a family reunion & most people haven't seen me in over a year. I'm literally swimming in most of my clothes, but I'm making due for now.

You can do it - stick with it - if you slip a day, just get right back to it & don't beat yourself up over it!!
