Those sound really good. Also, the calories would be easy to figure out with so few ingredients.

Has anyone tried these using frozen bananas?

I have some previously frozen bananas (we got a huge bag full from a friend) in the freezer and I wanted to use them up.

I made these last night. They were absolutely amazing! I added 1/4 c. walnuts and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon.
Before baking, I flattened the cookies partially with a fork...made it look a little more cookie like.
I used a medium scoop and made 16 cookies. With my ingredients, brands, etc. the calorie count per cookie was 48 calories.

They taste like banana bread and are perfect with a glass of milk.
Thanks for a wonderful recipe! I will definitely be making these again!

    BUMP!
  • I MADE THESE LAST NIGHT AND ADDED MINI CHOCOLATE CHIPS TO THE BATTER.....TASTES MORE LIKE BANANA BREAD THAN A COOKIE LIKE SOME OF THE OTHERS SAID. HELPS TAKE CARE OF THAT SWEET TOOTH WITHOUT THE CALORIES OF A NORMAL PASTRY!!

Oh these sound delicious. I will definitely need to try these. I also make a 2 ingredient cookie. Take a spice cake mix and a can of 100% pure pumpkin. Mix together and drop by spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven until a little firm to the touch. About 10-15 minutes. They are delicious and was told this is a weight watchers recipe. They are like only 2 points or something like that.

We made that cake recipe several times over the holidays! It is soooo good!

I am going to have to try these banana cookies too! Sounds like something the entire family would enjoy! Thanks!!
