I make up my own routines, but if you have ever heard of hollow man, give it a shot. Hold each progression for 60 seconds.

    Surfing!

Honestly my core is my trouble zone and I work it a lot. It's hard to make it sore, but that did it!

What are called zippers here. I can only do like max 10 of them in any practice session they are so hard:

(I don't ever attempt the the drops, btw. Scary stuff, that.)

  • My first powerlifting competition.

Bench moved during my 3rd bench attempt, so I had 10 lifts that comp.

After eating Yorkshire out of food, I took the next 2 days off and slept about 30 hours.

Definitely the most intense ab work my body's ever gotten.

Not as "intense (max poundage)" but heavy good mornings for high reps can lead to some good ab spasms that will wake you up in the middle of the night.
