Weight gain after a week of gorging

Hi guys, so approx. a week and a half ago i had a two week long gorging session where i pretty much ate whatever I wanted to every day. Yes, I understand it was wrong of me but i did have some very stressful life changing events occurring. So now when i get on the scale it says im 9lbs over what i was pre gorging and i've been eating healthy for a week and a half. How do i lose this weight????

Quit gorging, figure out why you do that and stop it, get back on track staying in budget.0

Just whatever you do, don't give up. Get back on track and be really strict for a few days. Lots and lots of water, eat really well and get lots of rest. Cut out carbs and do some cardio.
9 pounds of fat is the equivalent of 31,500 calories. I doubt very much that you ate that much; most of the weight is probably due to all the bad food still in your body.0 -
Doubt you put 9lbs of fat on, Probably high salt and sodium foods
I would give yourself two weeks of clean eating, and lots of water and sure it will drop back!0
