I'm on week 3 of body revolution and sweating my *kitten* off with pride! Anyone else doing it add me and we can support each other on this epic challenge! Be warned....I add statuses a lot!

Hi I'm on week 1 Phase 1. I gave birth to my first child a little over 3 months ago and was itching to start back an exercise routine. With my baby, I can give 30 mins a day. So far so good. I sweat like hell and it feels great! I'm currently 153 lbs. i hoping to loose the excess baby weight and regain muscle tone. I need to do better on my diet though.0
