Green lemonade Low cal
Many have requested this recipe so here it is.
You make green tea let cool add to blender (or I like to just tare the tea bag open and add herbs to the lemonade too) add one WHOLE( do not peel) lemon (take out seeds though) add some zero cal (or honey) sweetener and ice. Super easy and only calories comes from the lemon, witch is 24 cal for one medium lemon. Make sure it's a whole lemon though because most of the important vitamins and minerals are in the peel, if too strong just add water! (:
