Its been almost a full year of dite and exorcise for me. I started at 147lbs (I'm 4'10 if that matters) and now after 10months I am at 109 I was dropping weight at fast rate then when I got to about 120 it started to get harder for me. I propbably don't eat more then 1000 calories a day

Weight loss often slows when you get closer to goal. This is completely normal.0

You could be deficient in certain minerals or vitamins if your diet hasn't been balanced over the long term. Many of those nutrients are only required in very small amounts and it can typically take a while before some symptoms of deficiency start showing up. Without knowing exactly what is included in your typical 1000 calorie diet, that's just a guess of a possible diet connection.
Since you're feeling sick and suspect your diet as the cause, you can try to first ensure you're getting all of your macros and nutrients even if that means increasing your calories and also supplementing it with a daily multi-vitamin. 1000 calories is probably way too low and just increasing your calories alone may help. It may take a few weeks or more before you start feeling if that is helping or not. It could also be a coincidence and have nothing to do with your diet so definitely be open to other possible causes and listen to your body.
if you feel really sick or if eating a healthier diet doesn't help, then a visit to the doctor may be necessary.0
