Just a tip/ Idea for those who like sandwiches!
Use cucumber slices, Instead of bread! Easy and low carb.

    Yum-num! I'm going to make the tomato and basil cucumber Sammy. What would be a good condiment instead of mayo or cream cheese? A balsamic reduction? :smile:

    Take cucumber slices and put cream cheese on top. YUM!
    I love it with Philadelphia Salmon flavor.

    This is an alright idea but it's not a substitute to a sandwich with bread, it's like calling mashed cauliflower with cheese a "cauliflower breadstick"

    I love bread. I could eat bread completely by itself and I'd still find it delicious. Nothing can replace bread! But this actually looks pretty yummy, I think I'll try it, good idea!

    That looks ok. Have you ever tried substituting cauliflower for the cucumber? OMG! CAULIFLOWER!! OM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM!!!

    I think loading them up with cheese, cheese, and more cheese would defeat the purpose...but God damn I love cucumbers and cheese. XD
