Who all out there is doing insanity?! I have started a insanity group on Facebook! I think it's a great way to keep people motivated! If anyone is interested let me know! I'm starting insanity today!!

    I am on Day 5! its tough and I friggen hate it during the video but after ward I feel awesome and I feel proud that I finished.
    Day 1 is fairly easy, it is just your fit test. Push really hard through days 2 and 3 and day 4 is more of a mild day, then day 5 is really insaneeeee. lol. can you post the link to the facebook page?
